Our cocoa beans are carefully fermented (6 days), sun-dried, and graded to meet the exacting standards of craft chocolate and industrial chocolate manufacturers.</p><p>Available as fermented and dried whole beans (Grade 1 / Grade 2 / Grade B), cocoa nibs, cocoa powder (natural / alkalized), cocoa butter, and cocoa paste (mass). Sulawesi bulk cocoa is favored by European chocolate houses for blending to add complexity and body to their couverture formulations.</p>
