<p>Coconut flour is produced from defatted dried coconut meat (residue after coconut oil/cream extraction) that is finely milled into a light, naturally gluten-free flour. Our coconut flour from Java retains high dietary fiber (≥38%), moderate protein, and natural coconut sweetness, making it the preferred flour for gluten-free and keto-friendly baking.</p><p>Ideal for rice flour substitution in baked goods, pancakes, gluten-free bread, protein bars, and as a coating agent for fried foods. High absorption capacity (4x water absorption vs wheat flour). Available in fine and medium grind, conventional and organic.</p>
