Product Description
<p>Our desiccated coconut (DC) and coconut cream are processed from freshly harvested, mature coconuts in our HACCP and FSSC 22000-certified processing facilities in West Java. The white flesh is mechanically extracted, disintegrated to custom mesh sizes, and low-temperature dried to preserve natural flavor and fat content (≥60%).</p><p>Premium desiccated coconut is widely used in confectionery (Bounty bars, coconut macaroons), bakery (granolas, health bars), and retail snacking. Also available as coconut cream block (25% fat) and coconut milk for food service and manufacturing.</p>
