<p>Java and Sumatra produce some of the world's most aromatic ginger (Zingiber officinale). Our ginger is cultivated in the fertile volcanic soils of Central and East Java, delivering rhizomes with high gingerol content (≥0.8%) and a characteristically pungent, warm flavor. Used in food seasoning, ginger tea, candied ginger, essential oils, and herbal medicines.</p><p>Available as fresh whole rhizome, peeled/unpeeled air-dried slices, ginger powder, and ginger oleoresin.</p>
