Our shallots are hand-sorted, sun-dried to optimal moisture, and graded for export to food manufacturers, condiment producers, and retail markets across Asia, Middle East, and Europe.</p><p>Available as fresh whole bulbs, dry whole bulbs (moisture ≤14%), fried shallots (bawang goreng) in custom packaging, and shallot powder.
