<p>Indonesian vanilla (Vanilla planifolia) from the tropical forests of North Sulawesi (Minahasa) and Papua is among the world's finest. Hand-pollinated and carefully cultivated, our vanilla beans are cured using the traditional slow-sweating Bourbon method over 3–6 months, developing an intensely complex aroma with notes of cream, raisin, and chocolate.</p><p>Our Grade A beans (≥14 cm, vanillin content ≥1.5%, moisture 25–38%) are exported to luxury food brands, artisan ice cream makers, premium bakeries, and fragrance houses worldwide. Available as whole Grade A beans, Grade B (extract grade), powder, and vanilla extract.</p>
